Entrance Requirements
Montana Wilderness School of the Bible is committed to building Christian character and Christlikeness in a unique educational setting. Therefore, all applicants should have as their desire the development of their Christian lives. Each student needs to have a Biblical basis for his or her salvation. In addition, the following requirements are set forth:
1. HIGH SCHOOL RECORD:
Applicants should have a C average in high school. We recognize, however, that many students who may have been poorly motivated in high school will be committed to a Christian education and be able to do acceptable work. In such a case, motivation, testimony, and references will overrule high school performance. GED is also considered on its own merit.
2. SCHOLASTIC ABILITY:
All applicants should be prepared to show ability to do college-level work.
3. PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Since the wilderness setting enhances our educational experience, applicants should display interest in outdoor and physical activity. This includes camping, hiking, backpacking, and informal sports.
4. HEALTH:
Applicants should be in good physical health and able to participate in strenuous activities. Special cases will be considered on their own merit.
Notice of Non-Discriminatory Policy
Montana Wilderness School of the Bible admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded to the students at the school. It does not discriminate in any of the above areas in the administration of educational policy, admission, scholarship, athletic or other school-administered functions.
